Delete your data

Pellio has no account. There is nothing to close and nothing to request: your data is in your device’s memory, and you alone have access to it. Erasing it depends on you only, and takes effect immediately.

Erasing part of your data

From within the app:

1. A purchase: open it from the purchases list and delete it. The refills drawn from that batch go with it.
2. A servicing intervention: delete it from the appliance’s logbook.
3. An appliance: delete it from its details screen. Its servicing logbook is erased with it.

A refill that has already been logged cannot be deleted on its own: no screen allows it today, and only deleting the batch it belongs to removes it.

Erasing everything

Uninstall the app. Pellio’s local storage goes with it: homes, appliances, purchases, refills, servicing records and settings. The operation is final.

Warning: deletion is total and immediate. Nothing can be recovered — we hold no copy of your data and can therefore restore nothing. Pellio offers no restorable backup: reinstalling the app will give you an empty app.

If you want to keep a trace of your seasons, export them first: the season summary produces a CSV file and a PDF document, saved wherever you choose. Those files are made to be read in a spreadsheet or filed away — they cannot be imported back into the app.

What about the usage statistics?

Pellio sends anonymous usage statistics, tied to a session rather than to a person. They contain neither your quantities, nor your prices, nor your suppliers, nor any identifier that could single you out: there is no way — for you or for us — of finding the ones that came from your device. They are deleted after 12 months. The detail is in the Pellio privacy policy.
