1. Responsible for processing
Theapplication Notenda is published by Fabulette, represented by Patricia Jesse, the author and developer of independent (regime of the revenues of the works of thespirit, article 92 of the CGI).

2. Data collected
- Data ofauthentication : email address and telephone number, and used only to authenticate theuser and confirm the treatment sensitive (e.g. password reset).
- Export/Import data : the JSON files ofexport/import are stored locally on thedevice of theuser ; they are never transmitted by our servers unless explicit action sync encrypted.
- Scan text (OCR) : the processing is done locally via Google ML Kit. No image nor video nis saved, shared, or stored on our servers.
- Technical data : actions performed in theapplication (e.g. creation of the book, sync) and reports of the crash, for the purposes ofanalysis and ofimprovement of the service. These data are collected anonymously and do not contain any personally identifiable information.

4. Advertising
- ads to fund the free service broadcast by partners comply with the RGPD, without behavioral tracking.
- Only metric anonymous are transmitted (type ofdevice, number ofviews) — no personal identifiers.
- The list of advertising partners is available on request by email.
- Ads can be disabled via a premium subscription (coming soon).
5. Encryption and security
Only the content of the memos and templates is encrypted, as well as the attached files when this feature will be available. This content is encrypted client-side with thealgorithm AES-256-GCM, with a vector ofinitialization (IV) random single transaction, before any transmission to our servers. Or Notenda or Supabase nhave access to this content in the clear.
Other data (e.g. names of books and categories, settings) are not encrypted and can be read by our providers ofaccommodation in the context of the maintenance of the service.
6. Duration of conservation of
- Dataauthentication : preserved upto the deletion of the account.
- Technical journals : kept for 30 days in the raw data, and then aggregated and stored for 12 months.
- User data (books, photos) : kept upto removal by theuser. A free account is inactive for 1 year receives a warning ; without connection for an additional month, the remote data are deleted.
- Advertising data to : will be deleted after 7 days (metric anonymous only).
7. Sharing with third parties
- Supabase : hosting-encrypted data (Europe).
- Partners advertising : display ads, no sharing of personal data, without profiling individual.

9. Changes to this policy
