We’re sorry to see you go ! If you want to delete your account andall your data of theapplication Notenda, here are the steps to follow.
Because Notenda respects your privacy and works according to the principle of the Offline-First (priority to local storage), deleting your account will permanently erase your data at two levels : on our server and on your device.
📋 The step by step procedure
- Make the request in theapp : Go to the settings of your profile on Notenda and click on ‘Delete my account’.
- Confirm your identity : To secure this action, a validation code unique (OTP) will be sent to you by email. Enter this code in theapplication to validate the deletion.
- Immediate removal and final : once the code is validated, the process is irreversible.
⚠️ This exchange for your data
Caution : deleting your account will result in an immediate and total elimination. No recovery will be possible.
- Remote data (Cloud) : All of your notes in sync, your credentials and your profile information is immediately and permanently deleted from our secure servers.
- Data local (On your machine) : Notenda is an application Offline-First, your notes are also stored in the local memory of your phone or computer. When removed, the application automatically cleans its local storage. Your local notes will be fully deleted from your device.
If you want to keep a copy of your notes, so be sure to export it before you begin the removal procedure.
